Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurs.

Ready-made and personalized products

We sell ready-made products and personalized, made-to-order products. Delivery times and return rules differ between the two, as explained in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Personalization

For personalized products, you are responsible for the photos and text you submit. By uploading content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights. We may refuse to print content that is offensive, unlawful or infringes intellectual property.

Product appearance

Photos and previews are close representations. Small differences in color, size and placement can occur between screens and the real product.

Pet safety

Pet products, costumes and toys should be used with supervision. Check that items fit your pet comfortably and remove them if your pet shows distress. Do not leave pets unattended with costumes or small parts.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Any sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Returns and refunds

Our Refund Policy is part of these terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protections of the consumer laws of the place where you live.
