Renzuro offers ready-made products that ship from our partner warehouses, and personalized products that are made to order. Both are shipped directly to you.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping within the United States is free on every order.
Delivery time: ready-made products
- Processing: your order usually leaves our warehouse within 1–3 business days.
- Shipping: typically 2–7 business days after it ships.
Delivery time: personalized products
- Production: 2–5 business days after your order is placed.
- Shipping: 3–7 business days after your order ships.
- Most personalized orders arrive within 5–12 business days in total.
If your cart has both kinds of products, they may arrive in separate packages.
Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Holiday deadlines
To receive your order before a holiday, please order early. During peak season, carriers can add delays that are outside our control.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address. We are not able to reship orders free of charge if the address entered at checkout was incorrect.
